It's an intense episode today. I, if you've been listening to this podcast for a while,

you know that I have a slight obsession with

anything mental health and trauma and psychology and all of those things

despite not having any education in it. I love it. And in Raffela Mancuso, I have found my therapy soulmate,

someone who is as obsessed with it as I am. And it just became a conversation about mental health,

but also body image and childhood and other fun things but it was a very heavy conversation it was well no it's

not heavy because it was quite fun and interesting but today I'm very tired, you know, like I'm exhausted and I think it's because it was emotionally

very open and we were both quite vulnerable to the extent where I think that sometimes we forgot

that we were recording. I found Raffela on Instagram.

I've never felt so old in my life.

She grew up with the internet. I recently had Jamie Windows on and they're young too. I don't know why Rofela made me feel so old. I was talking as if I was 60, like, oh you wouldn't know what it was like in my day.
