Summary
I'm doing something special over the next few solo episodes, I will be doing a mini interview with women right from within our community. This week I chat with Monique Gomez, a licensed massage therapist, reiki master, and newly turned resilience coach with a master's level in education and social work.
In this third installment of a three-part series — Activate Your Abundance — I share the 3 tips that helped me cultivate a more abundant money mindset. How do we show up when there's a lot of talk in the media about restrictions, limitations and that people aren't spending? How do we show up when there's a lot of fear and uncertainty? How do you keep yourself rooted in a place of possibility when it seems like the entire world is focused on what's not possible? These are things that I'm constantly still looking at and practicing today because there's always a deeper level of awareness and abundance to experience.
In this episode we talk about:
- The belief that you have to do it all yourself, and how to overcome the mindset of not accepting or asking for help
- Noticing where there's an outcome in the future that you desire to have and the connection between that and your feelings of "not enough"
- Studying people who live the kind of abundant life that you desire and observing what they do and think when they feel lacking
- Looking at where the opposite of abundance shows up and working to catch it and reframe it in the moment
- Fully stepping into the energy of receiving, and practicing that in big and little ways
