You have to get very comfortable telling them this is not a good fit for them.

When you're getting started, you have a tendency to go, give me the money.

You're in, you're in.

You're in.

Yes, can't wait.

If you bring on an investor that is a bad fit, bad investors will ruin good deals. And you have to

avoid that at all costs. Welcome to the Rich Strummers Report where we talk real estate,

who raises capital or uses investor capital for real estate investing. Can you guys give

me a show hands again just so I know? Okay, so let's call it a quarter of the room.

For everybody else, is everyone else investing in real

estate okay so out of this group about half of you will eventually bring investors on right

you always get to a point where you get so good at finding opportunity and if you're an entrepreneur

not being able to go after opportunity is a kill shot.

It just rips into our spirit, right?

So what I'm going to hopefully encourage you who aren't there yet to give you guys some good

tools so that you can skip what took me years to figure out how to raise capital.

So I'm going to kind of help you guys with some of the foundational stuff.
