0:03.8	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be, act like a catch and women will treat you like a catch.
0:09.5	So I've got an email from a guy.
0:12.0	He's been married for, he didn't say how many years.
0:17.9	But his wife was slipping away and he mentions that he always used to be the alpha in the
0:23.2	relationship and then just over time he basically became a beta male and then he noticed that she
0:28.3	was texting with some other guy they'd also tried marriage and couples therapy and counseling
0:33.5	and he said every time after he left the therapist office, he's like, I feel worse.
0:39.1	I can't count the number of dudes that have told me they've gone to marriage and couples counseling and it's worse.
0:44.9	Or they have a female therapist and she starts ganging up on him with the wife.
0:51.8	And so the guy feels attacked.
0:53.6	And so there's, I mean, the bottom of mind is there's a lot of
0:55.7	incompetent people out there that just don't know what they're doing, unfortunately. The good
1:01.3	ones, I coach personally. I coach some of the best ones, actually. Because you have to understand
1:07.3	how attraction works. And this is just something that's just not part of their
1:11.5	realm they don't teach these things they're more helpful for communication and resolving specific issues
1:19.9	but teaching a man to be attractive to his wife they that's just not something that's taught
1:25.2	or that they even study or that they even know.
1:35.1	So with that said, I got a quote that I wrote and then we'll go through his email because things are going really well with his wife now because he obviously started implementing what he read in 3% man and things have completely turned around.
1:42.4	Even though he did a bunch of couples and therapists, marriage and
1:46.5	couples therapy counseling, didn't help. He started acting like a man, just like a light switch.
1:54.3	Reattracted the wife right away. So the quote says, normal healthy women who have a good self-esteem
