0:29.0	And we are joined by a former ThoughtWorks colleague.
0:33.4	Adjia and I worked together quite a bit in the UK. Aday Gorey, would you tell us a little bit about yourself?
0:41.3	Hi, thanks for hosting me. It's amazing in terms of coming back to kind of our own company, which I joined like in 2001.
0:51.3	And I worked with photos for almost 10 years and then went on a different journey.
0:56.7	Currently, I work as an operating partner for technology at Sequoia, India, and Southeast Asia.
1:02.3	And before that, I was a group CTO for Gojek, running Gojik out of Indonesia and four more
1:09.1	countries for 16 products. And we had amazing journey over there.
1:12.6	And that point of time also I ended up working with Thoughtworks
1:15.6	because one of the projects needed really help.
1:19.6	So yeah, been in this industry for 24, 24, 25 years,
1:24.6	I've been working closely with the startups now. And right now, my passion is
1:29.9	mostly helping and building, helping startups with our portfolio complex. Excellent. So our topic
1:37.7	today is technical debt. And we want to focus on technical debt in the context of startups and scale-ups,
1:47.2	because obviously technical debt arises in different ways, and there are some kinds of technical
1:54.5	debt that are much more relevant, say, in an enterprise context. But I think we're all familiar with the concept of technical debt.
