| 1:00.4 | what if no one likes it, what if no one cares, what if I get a bad review? |
| 1:07.8 | It didn't take long for that one star review to come in. |
| 1:11.0 | No feedback, no constructive criticism, just a single star. |
| 1:17.1 | My heart sank, and a wave of disappointment washed over me. |
| 1:21.5 | I dwelled on it for days, allowing it to consume my thoughts, but as time passed, |
| 1:27.8 | a newfound perspective emerged within me. |
| 1:30.7 | I realized that this one star review didn't define my work or my book. |
| 1:36.3 | It was merely one person's vague opinion, one voice in a sea of countless others, and |
| 1:42.9 | more importantly, it was an opportunity for growth and reflection. |
| 1:48.8 | We do this often, we get the bad news or the bad review, and then we allow it to take |
| 1:53.8 | over everything. |
| 1:56.1 | So to work on those feelings, I did a practice called labeling thoughts. |
