This is Kari from Washington DC and you're left to know me

athlete radio. Hey everybody this is Matt Frazier with Doug Hay and we are about to produce

episode 19 of the No Meat Athlete radio podcast and our first one since the book tour has wrapped up and I

shouldn't say it has completely wrapped up I am home now and it feels like it's

wrapped up but I do have two more events left.

Those are December 4th and 5th in Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina, respectively.

So if you are in that area, then I hope you will check it out. We'll put links in the show notes

assuming this podcast comes up before those dates we'll put links to those events my

Facebook event pages for them but they should be good and I'm definitely happy to be home. I really really enjoyed it and

Doug who was with me today he came out flew out to Arizona Phoenix where we hung out with Susan Lakey and Matt Rousigno, who was also with us.

So that was kind of everyone who was involved on a day-to-day level with no-mead athlete.

All in one place, so it was fun and I had a good time that was

one of my favorite parts of the tour Doug did you enjoy that or was it just a chore

it worked? No it was great I really enjoyed spending time with the team kind of getting to know season a bit better and I had never met Matt before so that was that was fun.

And yeah, no, and it was it was such a pleasure to be a part of all the events that

I attended and meet readers and and really had a good time it was a lot of fun.

It was fun and you got you got to see lot, you got to see the long drive side of it because we did have, I guess you were there,

you flew into Phoenix, so you were there for the Phoenix event, then Scottsdale the next night, Tucson, Tucson, the little TV thing in the morning,

and then, for those who did not see the Facebook because I was on a little morning show thing that they

did there.

So we did that in the morning and then into some went and did we have an event there
