So guys, I got a ton of emails and a ton of comments on our DC trip together.

It seemed like you guys really enjoyed having the kids on and so this past week, man, we had a great show about how we can sleep smarter as a family. we did it we did a podcast earlier probably

several weeks ago with Sean and he gave us tips that we can individually as

parents we can be more productive it's really the foundation of our productivity and our engagement, our

clarity of thought, all that good stuff. And what we want to do was provide you guys

a show, like we've already provided you guys a show how we can sleep better as parents

but how can we sleep better as a family so before I get into all the good stuff just a couple of

announcements this week number one guys thank you very very much for all of you who have picked up a copy of the

audio book, The Dad's Edge. Man, that's been a long time coming. I can't even

count how many emails I've gotten to release that thing. I probably should have
