I'm doing pretty well.

Well, our topic today is acceptance and I recently found a reading related to the idea of acceptance

which says that pain is inevitable but suffering is optional.

If I learn to accept that pain is a part of life,

I'll be better able to endure the difficult times and then move on, leaving the pain behind me.

And I really liked the idea of that reading.

It kind of got me to thinking about the difference between my idea of acceptance before the of

And when I first came to the program, my idea of acceptance was really limited and it was limited to accepting what I thought was right and not accepting things that didn't fall in line
