I'm your host, Corey Muscara, and in today's episode, we're going to talk about acceptance and growth.

More to come on that in a moment. First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells.

0:30.0

So, I'd like to start by sharing something I wrote recently. It's very short. It says,

0:46.0

you can't exchange your ball of clay, but you can mold the heck out of the one you've been given.

2:25.0

And I say certain aspects, because there's truth that there is a lot that is malleable, a lot that we can change and grow and improve.

2:34.0

But there are also just a lot of parts of us that are going to be firmly who we are and a part of our life throughout our lives.

2:44.0

2:54.0

But the reality is that we don't have a snowballs chance in hell of becoming anyone other than who we are.

3:03.0

And so eventually we have to come to that recognition and meet ourselves in the mirror and use that energy to better understand who we are.

3:16.0

And who are you? What do you need? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What are you working on?
