But you can tell him it is written.

When Jesus got in a fight with the enemy at the temptation in the wilderness,

he didn't fight with emotion and he didn't fight with experience.

He didn't say I'm anointed and you can't mess with me.

He didn't say, I've never sinned.

That's what I would have said.

Joker, you better talk to somebody else.

I have never sinned.

I'm in the end of a 40-day fast.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he's anointed.

I'll whoop you right now.

But he didn't.

Turn these stones into bread.

then takes him up to an exceeding high mountain shows him, the kingdoms of this world in their glory. He says, bow down and worship me and I'll give you. He said, it is written. Worship the Lord thy God only, and him only shall thou serve. and what he's doing is he's showing us a precedent that it is not your anointing that intimidates the enemy it's the word heaven and earth may pass away but the word of the lord will stand forever

you'll have no anointing in heaven the whole purpose of the anointing is to destroy the yoke and there won't be any yokes
