Let's start with some breaking news on Kilmar Obrigo Garcia.

A federal judge in Maryland has just ruled that he should be released from ICE custody, quote, immediately.

Obrigo Garcia's case gained international attention when he was mistakenly deported to

El Salvador back in March, where he was held in a notorious mega prison for weeks.

On his return to the U.S., he faced human smuggling charges, to which he's pleaded not guilty,

and has since been held in immigration custody.

In a court filing, the judge says he had been, quote, redentained without lawful authority.

The Trump administration had previously tried to deport him to a third country,

such as Liberia or Costa Rica.

Residents in Washington State have woken up this morning to relentless rain and flooding. At least eight rivers and creeks in the western part of the state

are experiencing major flooding and as many as 100,000 people may need to be evacuated. Many of those

people live near the Skagit River, which could rise to record-breaking levels.

So when we take a look at the Skagit River specifically, you're talking roughly 14 feet is where we expect that to crest.

And even if it doesn't get that high, let's say it gets two feet less than that.
