I have a problem in my neighborhood that the HOA won't address. I live in Tomball, it's an unincorporated area and there is a family who has roosters and chickens who are jumping the fence

going to other people's yards both oh my goodness Cox or hands? Hanks. Both.

Oh my goodness, okay.

The roosters are huge.

The HOA won't do anything about it even though it's against, you know, the standard, whatever you call it.

And I've called Animal Control and they say it is HOA. I've emailed the HOA probably 10 times and of course there's not a phone number I've gone to the addresses where they say they have

offices there's no storefront and they're terrorizing I mean we have people you know have small dogs at night.

Our neighbors go out with a flashlight to make sure these roosters haven't jumped the fence to let their you know

seven-pound Yorkie out to be a hot snack and the family you think the roosters are going to eat their Yorkies?

Well, they're terrorizing.

Y'all haven't lived out the country very long have you?

No, we don't live in the country. That's the problem.

Well if it's cats you get poinsettas if it's dogs you get a palm tree a a sego palm, and if it's roosters, I mean that's pretty easy.

Well, they have not jumped into my fence.

If they do, I'll shoot them. But they haven't, they have jumped other people's fences.

And my next door neighbor who lived behind the chicken people.

They're a very elderly couple
