Abigail James now Abigail is a big deal in the beauty world she currently has the

most exquisite treatment room honestly everybody must try it in the Lizelle

boutique in Duke of York Square and Chelsea in fact the eagle-eyed among you may

recognize her from QVC where she appears for

Lizelle, but she's also created a lot of well-known facial protocols and is a busy consultant

for prestigious health and detox retreats. Everybody knows who Abigail is.

She's also known, not only for her healing hands, but the fact that she has this ability to combine natural

skin care with science and technology and approaches every client from a very 360 robust

perspective. And I can vouch for that because when I had a facial with her, I was really

taken aback at how intuitive she was and her ability to pull from any discipline that I

could possibly think of and she's the master in order to achieve the best results for me on that

particular day. Now if you've been to a spa and had a facial, you'll know that there's more to

these treatments than simply having your face expertly cleansed, toned, moisturised and massaged.

While the aim, obviously, is to come out the other side of those 16 minutes with skin that's revived,

rejuvenated, and looks better than it did when you arrived.

There's also the permission a facial gives you to be completely selfish and ask for exactly what you want.
