the 17th Congressional District of New York.

That is Westchester and other counties.

I lived in Mike's district for many years. It's very well maintained, it's extremely

well informed, and to be a member of Congress, this district means you have to answer lots of questions.

So Mike, I welcome you you and the immediate question is the

Anti-Semitism Awareness Act. Where is it in the US Congress now because the

House overwhelmingly supported it? Good evening to you.

Well, thanks for having me, John.

Yes, the House did overwhelmingly support it.

A few weeks ago, we passed it on a broad bipartisan basis, three hundred and twenty to ninety one.

It currently sits in the United States Senate.

Senator Chuck Schumer, the Senate majority leader,

senator from New York, and highest ranking Jewish official in American history is sitting on the bill.

And frankly, it's extremely frustrating.

My hope is that he will bring this bill to the floor for a vote.

It has broad bipartisan support in the Senate.

It will pass overwhelmingly.

I would venture well over two-thirds of the United States Senate would vote for it and there's no

reason not to bring this bill to the floor.
