Sure. I'm Joe Gabby. I'm one of the co-founders and chief product officer of Airbnb.

And we've certainly seen this trend pick up in the last seven years since the concept

launched in our living room seven years ago.

I think that there's just been a general trend of what I've seen of the importance of

access to things, trumping what we normally would put the value on of the ownership

of those things.

And I think a great analogy for this is actually the music industry.

If you rewind about 15 years ago, the way to consume and to buy and purchase music was to

physically own an asset of that piece of music.

And of course, we're going to roll today where you don't need to own music anymore.

It's actually more valuable to have access to all the music you could ever want right
