| 1:23.9 | have been in counterinsurgency operations, which does involve boots on the ground |
| 1:28.4 | and is very people intensive. And we've been doing that for a long time. We're talking about |
| 1:33.9 | wars that are increasingly fought in urban environments, settings where it is increasingly difficult |
