Wow. The one and only?

I don't know whether I'm the one and only, but I'm not sure I've been another one.

Well, certainly none like you.

Well, this week in addition to me chatting with the one

and only, Marianne Sullivan, will be chatting with the one and only author and vegan advocate,

Colleen Patrick Goodrow, about, among other things, her latest book, which is called A Year of

Compassion, 52 weeks of living zero waste, plant-based, and cruelty-free.

And we did that as part of our Flock Friday, which is once a month on the first Friday of the month.

We invite our flock members to be part of the interview and sit in live as we're recording it and then ask questions, which that becomes the bonus content.

So I think it was really, really special for a lot of the people there.

And, you know, Colleen has just been around for so long, fighting the fight.

She's had enormous influence on really a lot of people.

She really has.

So it was an enjoyable conversation.

And I know it was really special for a lot of the people there who have been listening to her since the beginning.

And I know you and I have been doing this for a long time. But Colleen's been on, like, we, like, don't age her out, Jasmine. Okay. Well, we, we started our podcast in January of 2000. She's much, much younger than I am. She's, I mean, everybody's much younger than I am. We started our, she's much, much younger than I am. We started the podcast in January 2010.

She started, I think, in like 2004.

She was ahead of the game, no doubt about it.

I think she invented podcasts.

For sure.
