Good. So we are talking about your excellent book Falling Down, The Conservative Party

and the Decline of Tory Britain. So the first question I have for you is why focus on

the Tories and why have so few on the left thought that it's worthwhile to really kind of

undertake an indebted analysis of the enemy and invertebrate commas in the past?
