Grace. Good to be with you. Good. It's great to have you here. I really enjoyed the book.

Obviously, encourage listeners to go ahead and read it. It kind of reminded me, particularly

the early chapters of Ralph Miliband's study of Labour, Parliamentally Socialism, and

it's very useful because that only goes up to the 60s. So yeah, it's very interesting

to have that kind of history of Labour and Labourism and the different currents within

it and put so succinctly as well. I'm just going to kind of take us through some questions

that really follow the frameworks out by the books and we'll kind of go through historically.

And at one point, you talk about the ILP and you said that it's mantra might have been

the only way as ethics, which I thought was a very funny and being very insightful. What
