It's great to be with you, Dr. Paul. Very good.

We have lots of things to talk about and not enough room, but we are going to start off.

Of course, I want to mention something about a bill in Texas that has recently been passed,

having to do with gold.

And this to me is a good sign.

It's not a total answer.

But there's various states, there are maybe eight or ten or so states that have already

changed the law.

And what I like about it, the law says that the states pass law, and it's very constitutional, and the law says that the state's passed law and it's very constitutional and the law says that the state

can't charge sales tax or capital gains tax on money you say well well we

don't do that on dollars and bonds you know on a dollar when you exchange it

but they if you go in and buy a coin in the

coin store, you may very well be charged a sales tax and you may very well be asked the federal

government to have a capital gains tax because, you know, when gold goes from 1,000 up to 3,000

they made a lot of money. Of course they didn't make any money. All they did was point out that

the devaluation of the money is being destroyed. But anyway, there's several states that have done it, and Texas has done this.

And it emphasizes that the state has, you know, the responsibility.

And that's what I like about it, I say, that the state can use nothing other than

legal for legal tender other than gold and silver.

Well, we've gone a long way from that, and nobody's recognized that, but there's been a reversal
