| 0:05.9 | This is Dr. Jim Denison's The Daily Article podcast for Thursday, June 20th, 2019. |
| 0:14.4 | Researchers announced recently that they were working on a vaccine to prevent Alzheimer's disease. |
| 0:19.6 | A team from the University of New Mexico |
| 0:21.4 | had been developing the concept for five years and has begun testing their vaccine on mice. |
| 0:27.6 | Mice with Alzheimer's disease were injected with the vaccine and then given a series of maze-like |

| 1:28.8 | ears but are deaf may not know that they cannot hear. If they have eyes and ears, they could assume |
| 1:34.6 | that they can see and hear as well as they should. I have entered the reading glasses stage of life. |
| 1:41.2 | Fine print that used to be legible now requires magnification, but if I had no memory of |
| 1:46.8 | being able to read such print unassisted, I could assume that the fine print is illegible to everyone. |
| 1:53.5 | I wouldn't know that my eyes are less capable than they used to be. In short, those who don't know |
