Greetings and welcome to a Wednesday edition of the shotgun start.

It is June 14th. Andy, how are we doing?

Brendan, I'm doing great. We are recording here, not live, but it feels like we're recording live from the Dreddy House.

I'm just excited. I can't wait a good long day on the golf course today. I feel like I picked up some things, just seeing these guys playing around LACC has been really fun.

We are from the Dreddy House, not in the Dreddy House, it just doesn't matter. We are on outside on the balcony, overlooking the hills of Los Angeles.

Not the hills, we're overlooking Los Angeles. We are on the hills, we're in the hills, overlooking Los Angeles.

Look at this, a double clarification, right? Thanks to Dreddy for their support this week. We're, you know, pounding the pavement out on the streets of Los Angeles and then out at LACC.

They've got us here, so it's been a great couple days so far. We got another day on Wednesday to kind of digest. Maybe we'll do a one-take podcast. Who knows? Who knows what could come Wednesday, but this will be our official preview podcast.

The biggest, biggest preview note I learned today on the grounds, or most amusing, most shotgun start ask, talking to Brentley, friend of the program, golf channel.

Vincent Norman, new nickname for Vincent Norman, the candy man. He apparently worked at a candy store or candy shop, candy manufacturer of some sort in Sweden for like the first whatever, 15 years of his life.

And the argument was posed to us that that's like being an accountant in Sweden. It's like completely absurd. It's like that this is like a prominent position and that there's many of the candy men.

Do you think, do you think Ludwig Abraham? I don't know. Do you think Alex Norton grew up working at a candy store? I don't think so.

So two new nicknames added to the SGS Lexicon. The candy man for Vincent Norman and prime, prime time for Dion Girmischus or whatever.

Dion, prime time, Girmischus, whatever his name is. He's South African. I watched him actually a little bit play with Jason Day early in the morning.

So those are two nicknames. Can I tell you an amusing thing? You know, a prominent, a prominent PGA tour player was was asking me how the house was.

I said to him, I was like, you know, it's great. The hills are paying the ass though. We got it. It takes 10, 15 minutes to get up and down it. And he goes, now you're sounding like a PGA tour player.

And yeah, I thought about it. I'm glad to. You know, it's really good on my nerves having to go up and down this hill. I don't know why people would want to live on this hill.

I mean, it's a view. It's a beautiful view, but it's not functional. You can't walk the dog. You can't do. I mean, I can't go to CVS or something. It just seems not worth it. It's just a view.
