| 0:13.0 | Today we're going to be looking at a situation that illustrates that truth that I just mentioned. |

And we're looking at the prophecies that revealed to us and described to us who the coming Messiah would be. And today we're going to be |

| 0:48.0 | Now as you can see, the virgin birth is one of those things. I mean, we think about this issue of |

| 0:56.8 | proof that a person is not a virgin through the fact that they're pregnant or that they've had a |
| 1:02.0 | child. And we would say, well, no, not a virgin. But in the case of Jesus' birth, everything is different. |
| 1:09.2 | We're going to dig into it today. Now, I've been giving you some |
| 1:12.8 | Christmas gift ideas from the books that I've created. Today is kind of a unique resource. |
| 1:18.1 | It's my Proverbs journal that I've created. And what it is very simply is the scripture from the |
| 1:23.9 | book of Proverbs on the left hand side of the page and a blank page on the right-hand |
| 1:27.9 | side in order to take notes about what you're reading. Now, why this is so important is because I have |
| 1:34.6 | developed a practice of every day, most days, I'll have to be honest, I don't do it every day, |
| 1:39.0 | but most days I read the chapter in the book of Proverbs that corresponds to the day of the month. |
| 1:44.9 | So today's the 30th. |
| 1:46.6 | So I would read Proverbs chapter 30 and I would take notes as I read and I draw diagrams and I make connections. |
| 1:53.6 | And I do this month after month after month in hopes that the promises of God revealed in the Proverbs and the wisdom of God revealed in the Proverbs would saturate my heart and mind. |
| 2:06.7 | And friends, I can already tell you, I've only been doing this about six months. |
| 2:09.3 | I'm already seeing great benefits and a knowledge of the wisdom of God growing in my own heart. |
