When I was a young kid, it was all about the watermelon race at the swimming pool.

There were two dozen kids involved at a minimum with all the parents standing around the side of the pool

and all the girls in my age were also standing around the side of the pool

because eight or nine-year-old girls are way too smart to participate

in some ridiculous watermelon contest.
