So I've been working lately with a lot of leaders who are struggling to make things happen,

to turn performance around, to raise vibes, trigger innovation, connection, all the things

that keep work buzzing. And they think that their

issue is not knowing what to do. When really, they know, they just are afraid or maybe don't think

that they can. And so much of my job becomes not to reveal life's great mysteries, but to just

say the hard truths, like to call out what

they know they need to do, to invite them to look that old Einstein quote in the face and

acknowledge that if they keep on keeping on and expecting a different result, that is, as we know,

the very definition of insanity. So today's episode is a love letter to those leaders,

but it's some tough love, because sometimes the most loving things someone can offer is the thing
