Summary
This meditation focuses being present with yourself and with God through the awareness of your breath. One of the easiest and most natural ways to be present in the current moment is to pay attention to your breathing.
Scripture Reference:
God, the LORD, created the heavens and stretched them out. He created the earth and everything in it. He gives breath to everyone, life to everyone who walks the earth. Isaiah 42:5 NLT
Psalm 77:13 TPT
It's here in your presence, in your sanctuary, where I learn more of your ways, for holiness is revealed in everything you do. Lord, you're the one and only, the great and glorious God!
Mary Oliver quote:
Listen, are you breathing just a little, and calling it a life?
