intentionally slow the pace to savor the gifts of this season. Ecclesiastes 3-1 tells us,

for everything there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven.

We live in a society that values busyness and productivity, but perhaps a fulfilled life

is more simple than we make it.

What if in this season God's invitation to us is simply, enjoy me, enjoy my presence, linger in my tender loving care.

This is a time to slow down and reset, nurturing your body and soul.

So find a quiet space, relax, and get comfortable. Take several slow,

deep breaths, centering your thoughts on God with you. Now, let's settle in and begin.

Research studies indicate that 77% of people are overstressed and suffer physically because of it.

And we've all heard that anxiety and depression levels are at an all-time high.

And yet, we hear Jesus declare this powerful and encouraging statement of victory to us.

Who the sun sets free is free indeed.

So why aren't we experiencing it?

How would you gauge yourself on the Freedom Meter? I believe the invitation from Jesus found in Matthew 11, 28 through 30, is a now word to us in this generation.
