Well, co-host, I love, you know, I probably will not say it a thousand times over another

a thousand podcasts, but it's just fun for me to say, I love the hot that we get to be

co-hosts together. So co-host, good to have you here, Rachel. And actually, I think I'll

stop saying it's good to have you here because it is good to have you here, but you're expected

to be here. Well, it's also just, I wanted to say again, like such a deep honor and privilege to be invited to play in this way.

So, very much looking forward to many conversations to come.

Well, let's assume you've not gotten any more ill since our last conversation.

The fact is that as we go through stress and transitions,

there are inevitabilities, but some of that has to do with our character and

our capacity for change.

And we talked a little bit about this intersection between a need for

novelty and a need for security.

And when I say novelty, what I mean is we need danger. We need risk, intrigue. We need

situations that require more of us than we frankly feel comfortable in. Otherwise, we won't

be challenged and called to become far more than who we are.
