Well, we've begun the year, Rachel, and it's a delight to, wow, I'm going to introduce you in a very different way and introduce the topic that we're going to engage.

But it is a utter delight not only to join you today, but to know that you have accepted,

probably somewhat foolishly, the position of being the co-host of the Allender Center of

the co-host. And so we're going to be talking a little bit about that, but mostly we're going
