Well, we've begun the year, Rachel, and it's a delight to, wow, I'm going to introduce you in a very different way and introduce the topic that we're going to engage.

But it is a utter delight not only to join you today, but to know that you have accepted,

probably somewhat foolishly, the position of being the co-host of the Allender Center of

broadcast. So to say, first and foremost, thank you, thank you, thank you. And I know our audience

will be thrilled that you are not just going to be on a lot of broadcasts, but that you're

the co-host. And so we're going to be talking a little bit about that, but mostly we're going

to be talking about the fact that

every transition creates both danger and deep opportunity. But before we get into the notion

of transitions, what does it mean for you that you are now the co-host? And I get to talk a little

bit about what it means for me as well,

because it's a transition for both of us.
