This is kind of the second half of our podcast.

we've got one of our great and dependable regulars, the fabulous Rosa Brooks of Georgetown University Law Center, just returned from some jaunt around the globe, but nonetheless glowing glowing. How are you doing, Rosso?

I'm a little jet lag, David. I've just come from a weak babysitting for a five-year-old,

and it's a little disorienting, but I think it's prepared me very well to discuss the

intricacies of international relations and U.S. politics.

Or at very least trying to figure out the president of the United States.

Absolutely.

Who does bear some resemblance to a toddler from time to time. Also, to help us with this task is David Gardner of the Daily Beast, who is their Washington
