disorganized attachment style that we talked about. Oh yeah. And they write,

as it is so horribly frustrating to live with when you finally learn about your

It does get very sad and self-defeating, more often than not, but knowing as much as I can about it does help a ton.

We were talking about disorganized attachment and how it is a very, so when we're mistreated growing up and neglected and abused and that sort of thing,

we will develop sometimes what we call the disorganized attachment

in which we have a difficulty finding ourselves. We have difficult working models of self and others meaning that we because of the way we were treated we have a working model of the self that can be quite negative and a working model of other people that can be

quite negative as well expecting negative, interpreting negative, not

really having much hope for relationships going well, not trusting other people, and that there's

no way of coping. When you have disorganized, the word disorganized comes from, there's no organization to the defenses.
