Sure. Thanks, John. It has been quite a ride, literally. And I got to say, of course, I am so excited to be here.

Yeah.

But yeah, so I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset. I've owned several businesses over the years.

And I've, but I really feel like I'm just starting my journey, even though I'm in my 40s.

But my regular job is being a vacation rental owner and manager for some properties in Flagstaff and Scottsdale, Arizona, along with being a video blogger and speaker for that industry.

But the more interesting story is how I've turned owning a Tesla into an entrepreneurial adventure.
