This evening we are continuing with a tale of two cities.

But before we do,

close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Exhale slowly, letting go of the day.

Try to stretch your arms above your head, feeling the lengthening through your body.

Breathe in deeply and as you exhale, release any tension.

Now stretch your legs out, pointing your toes and feeling the calm stretch through your body let your body settle sinking into the bed feeling completely supported. And with each breath, sink deeper into peace.

Letting go of everything.
