Summary

What started as a fun haunted tour with family at the Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago quickly became a nightmare as Pauline’s empathic abilities were triggered in a way she couldn’t understand. As the group made their way up the stairs to the haunted 12th floor, the elevators began to follow them, and the feeling of dread grew stronger with every step. As her panic escalated, the group rushed down the stairs, only to learn from the tour guide that others had experienced similar paranormal events in the hotel.
