All right, so we had a virtue listener a couple of weeks ago say, hey, I listened to your

show all the time and Kristen a few weeks ago made the statement that, oh, you guys, there's

just as much drama, if not more drama in retirement communities, then there are in any other

community.

Yeah, and my dad lived in a 55 and older golf community.

And I mean, I would go visit the first time I visited, I was like, this is going to be

lame.

I mean, it's like literally seniors spring break every single night.

I mean, they were drinking, they were partying and they are, they are living their best

lives.

And with that comes some serious drama.

So our virtual listener said, look, if you guys want this drama, I will certainly send it

to you and Tommy ran with it.
