We are still in our Steadfast Heart series, and this is the series where we're talking about biblical ways to cultivate true emotional health. If you haven't caught the other episodes in this series, it's just a great thing to go back and listen to as you have time. There are a lot of counterfeit messages about what leads to emotional health in our culture. So in this series, my desire is to just really unpack the biblical foundation for being emotionally

strong and healthy.

And in this episode, we're going to be talking about overcoming a critical spirit.

This is something I know so many of us have struggled with is just that temptation to gain

a harsh or judgmental attitude

toward other people. And it is really impossible to be an emotionally healthy person

and carry around a critical spirit. So we're going to talk a little bit about that today. Before
