Greetings, greetings, welcome to Radio Headspace.

My name is K-Songer and it's Tuesday.

I've decided to dedicate this week's episodes to my love of music, specifically music lyrics

that speak to the idea of being present, aware and purposeful, essentially living mindfully.

And just as I did yesterday, I will explain and discuss the relevance of the song according

to my humble understanding.

And then I will reveal the song at the end of the episode.

So today's lyrics are as follows.

For me, this song has a couple of meanings I would love to touch on, both of which are

related to positive change.

The first meaning is pretty obvious.

The mighty can be brought down with small, steady and consistent action, putting an emphasis

here on the consistency.

I've said it many times before but I truly believe that consistency is the most important

aspect of making any type of change in your life.

Speaking of which, when I first started meditating, it was because of the impact that John

Cabot Zinsbook, full catastrophe living, had on me.
