Hello my friends. I am pretty fresh back from my vacation. My husband Heath and I went to France for a couple of weeks where I saw some of my family,

we had a lovely break, we truly just got to relax, have our change of scenery, gain some perspective.

And let me tell you you I feel very creatively alive right now

don't you love it sometimes when you get to the end of a vacation and you're actually quite

happy for the last couple of days to even accelerate. Look you want to be where you are?

Sure. You are present but you're like you know I'm I'm just I'm good with going home and that's how I've been

feeling specifically as I've been thinking so much about you and this podcast and self-coaching society and the work that I get to do and I've just had this feeling of being eager and excited to come back.

I love what's going and said once he said instead of you know always booking your next vacation or researching your next vacation, why not create a life you don't want to escape from?

And that's how I feel. That's what I feel I have been able to create, always working, improving, learning, but I'm

thrilled to be back here with you today, recording once again. And interestingly, on the very last night as we were heading out for dinner, a funny little thing happened and I'm

like, you know what, that's going to be my first pod when I get back.

I've got to share this story because it's just so indicative of so many things in life in this world

in our just day-to-day experience and it was this. I love to rent the runway, right? It's very green. It

means that you essentially rent clothes that are pretty nice and you have a few

different items per month. It comes back and forth via

delivery and you always have something new and fresh to wear without clogging up your

closet or buying and then throwing away clothes. Anyway, I prepared ahead of time, packed my rent the runway,

and on the final evening, when we were, you know, out for the evening,

I put on my last dress, right, the last dress that I kind of had saved for the trip.

And because I didn't really check the clothes, because I kind of generally know my size and what works on me,

I just throw them in a suitcase and get moving.
