Hi friends. Welcome back to the show and welcome to our final practice of this week.

0:11.1

We are embracing the spirit of both Valborg and Beltaine this week. So celebrating the fact

0:18.2

that the lightness and the light season is truly here.

0:22.6

We have spent a little bit of time thinking about and contemplating how to ward off any potential

0:28.1

evil spirits that might be in our lives. And also tuning into what feels really alive as we

feet down to the ground, I want you to extend your

1:44.8

arm straight out to the side. So left arm presses to the left, straight out to the side.

1:50.9

Right arm presses to the right, straight out to the side. So as you extend the arms out to the

1:56.2

sides, I want you to extend your wrist as if you are pressing the palms of the hands out to the

2:02.1

sides, making a stop sign with the palms of the hands.

2:06.2

And then you can experiment a little bit by bringing that palms.
