Hey, hey, y'all. It's Tiffany. Welcome back to this special scrappy episode where I am going to be sharing my

year of no update, a revelation that I recently had some information about grown-up gap year,

and maybe just maybe what is going to be helpful to you the next time you find that things are not

exactly going as you had planned.

Okay, so this is where you would normally hear my welcome music and, da,

my little intro, and I'll tell y'all, I said this is our scrappy year of no update.

The reason that there is not, the reason that there is not a lovely little

peppy intro is because I am recording this and I'm going to publish it right away without

sending it over to my editor who usually does all of the sound editing magic engineering things so if things sound a little bit

less polished than they normally do that is why and more importantly the reason that i'm doing that

is because i have had all kinds of things throw me off course, and I realized today, it's Tuesday,

September 27th, that number one, I needed to update y'all on Grownup Gap Year because applications

are open, and I did not have an episode recorded in order to do that.

But two, I think that the stuff that I want to talk about today feels like it needs to get out there.

And waiting a few more days to publish the episode just did not feel fun.

So just know that this is where you're getting the inside look, the raw uncut.

This is like the director's cut or I don't know if that's, I don't know if that's a thing

people do with podcasts, but this is the uncut version.

So quickly why things have gotten completely off course.

I'm going to give you the short term and then

then we're going to talk about a little bit longer term where things have where and why things have

gotten off course. So the short term of what has been going on is that Labor Day weekend,
