Hi, Dr. Laura. Hi. What's up? I am calling because I am sorry I'm sick crying.

I am a stay at home mom and I'm just having a bad day today. Just being a mom in general is

hard and I don't I just need either like your reality check like a kick in the side to be so grateful for my

beautiful son. Well what do you what do you upset about? Just every every couple of weeks or

it just comes up that I feel kind of just overwhelmed and frustrated just this only happens once every

couple of weeks. I remember feeling that every day this only happens once every couple of weeks to

you. What's your magic kid? Oh I didn't have that. I have a great son. He's wonderful but okay stop

the crying right now because I can't understand your words if you're crying at the same time. I mean

I'm all for crying I do a lot of it myself but not when I'm on the air okay because then I can't

yeah okay so what makes you very tired today? You have your period what?

Well that might be coming. He just he's in different stages I mean he's changing all the time and

so he's been you know really like hitting a lot lately and God that phase is so annoying but it

doesn't last long. Okay I had my son one time who was Christmas who are with somebody else's house

and on the floor with him and he hauls off and wallops me he wasn't mad nothing bad was going on. I

was kind of humiliated I was very upset this this is what they do and then it passes what you have

to keep in mind is that a year from now he'll be three year from that'll be four. It's not going

to be like this forever it's just like this right now and trust me it isn't easy for anybody.

This is hard which is why a lot of women dump their kids in daycare so they don't have to bother

being mothers and be stressed out and the kids don't get level all day and you miss the times
