Hi, everyone. It's 4 o'clock in New York, two years and two months after what the FBI describes

as an act of domestic terrorism. An exo-violent vice president Mike Pence and his family ran

for their lives. Fox News' Laura Ingram warned Mark Meadows in real time that the events

on January 6 would quote, ruin our legacy, a revision of history as those Republicans

described it is underway. It is not enough to ignore what Kevin McCarthy and Tucker Carlson

are doing at a fear of amplifying their idiocy and radicalism. The truth is, they don't

care what we do. So today, we seek to burn into the collective consciousness, the clear

and cold facts about how Republicans viewed January 6th.

I remember the day as a low point. I think it's inexcusable. Completely a hundred percent

excusable. I don't care what the motivation is. It was a very disturbing day yesterday.

You know, I had a lot of anger as so many of my colleagues that the Capitol got over

run and these were anarchists and terrorists. There's no place for it.

For his part and his quest for the speakership, Kevin McCarthy reversed course and fully

embraced Donald Trump. The entire party then systematically cast out critics of Donald

Trump, purged them really. Anyone who saw January 6th for what it was for the way they saw

it too in those moments. And then the Republican party goes on to span the last two years and

two months, twisting itself into knots over a domestic terror attack, denying the truth,

denying reality over and over and over again. Last night Fox News' host Tucker Carlson

is currently being sued for part of a lawsuit for $1.6 billion by Dominion voting systems
