observer, only to encounter eerie phenomena that changed her beliefs. A psychic declared her third eye awakened, forcing her to reconcile those experiences with

her evangelical faith.

It's interesting to me because a lot of people who are Christian, who consider themselves Christian,

they're not really open to paranormal and they dismiss it as it's not real or something.

I always find it interesting because when you look at Christians and people of faith,

a lot of people believe in spirits and they believe in visions and things, you know,

that are angels, guardian angels, which are kind of, you know, in a way, paranormal.

Yes. And what's interesting is that with my background, I was an evangelical Christian for a while

in my college years, and the act of me becoming an evangelical Christian was very supernatural.

But once I found a church and went there, they're like, no, no, you know, and you can't do that.

Because when I became born again, I felt this onrush of energy similar to the end of my book.

I mean, it's just like, whoosh.

And it was such a profound feeling.

But then I went to church and they're like, oh, don't talk about that.
