Hello, my friend. Welcome to a special episode. This is an

a normal guided meditation. I want you to be standing for this. I want you to

pace and move around. This is seven minutes of energy, but also peace. This is seven

minutes to stop worrying, stop overthinking, stop anticipating what's to come in

in your life. This is a simple celebration, a reason for you to smile.

So in this moment, stand but feel relaxed and at ease and just surrender to the

moment. Realize that if you don't like something, if you don't like the way

something makes you feel, if you don't like the way you overthink something or

someone, then take away its power over you. Take away its power in this moment

by taking away your attention from it. Take away your attention from it by

giving it over instead to this moment and this moment alone.

This is a moment of nothing. This is a moment of

surrender. So feel your heartbeat and your lungs fill with air and as you do

focus on that and that alone. Take away your attention from that thing or that

person or that anxiety that tries to control you. This moment, this moment of

nothing. So take one deep breath in with me and out.

Consider a smile. Consider being human. That if you look and smile at another

human, chances are they'll smile back. Strange your friend doesn't really matter, you

smile, they smile back. Your shift of energy leads them to join you, it's contagious.

So in this moment, turn that back to yourself, smile at yourself and watch yourself smile

back. Literally unburden yourself of overthinking and surrender to this contagious positive energy

that's inside you.
