We are going to dive into actually talking about the feels that come with transitions because

as you may or may not know, we announced on the podcast on Monday and I shared on social

media that my fiance, Sina, has decided to take a step back from dentistry and jump into

this entrepreneurial space with me and we are so excited but also there are so many feels

that have come up from that that it's made me think about how valuable it is to talk

in a really honest raw way about how it actually feels when you're making changes and I've

made a lot of changes in my career and I think it's really important that we share about

that.
