November 9th: Ronald Baquiran Bae Born (1971) While stopping a dangerous gunman is first priority, it can sometimes end all chances for that man to stand trial for the crimes he committed. On November 9th 1971 a man was born who would commit a massacre in his neighborhood that ended in a police shootout.
