All right guys, well, I just wanted to give you an update. We are going to start doing just one podcast episode a week.

We've experimented, sometimes we're doing two weeks, sometimes more than likely we're doing three a week and we feel that it can be overwhelming to have so

many episodes and then people sometimes feel behind.

And so we are going to do one great episode a week

and we will alternate between me bringing on really awesome guests and having delicious conversations as well as me sharing with you any insights that I feel might be really helpful, whether it's me doing a solo episode or me

sharing with you a piece of a coaching moment with a student of ours, but I just want to let you know

if you haven't already heard me say this I really want you to get how much I love and appreciate you. This community is such

an exceptional group of fierce amazing women

around the globe who are really reaching

for this higher conscious elevated way of living

such extraordinary lives, and it's making a giant impact. way of

connecting with you and reading your DMs and meeting some of you in our programs and live on retreats and it's just

always such a gift it never fails to amaze me the quality of compassion and love and wisdom and talent that's in this community.

So it is an honor to be here to serve and to pour in whatever can help you continue to be the leader and be the gift and be the person that you were created to be.
