Good morning, my friends. I am currently, myself plus suitcase, is currently walking to a coffee shop

to then head to the airport from San Diego. And I told you about a month ago when I did the update

episode that I was going to be, well, actually

first, let's just take a minute. I'm just going to stop. We're just going to take in

this moment. So I give you, I encourage you to take a moment yourself to stop, pause, just be in this present moment,

taking your surroundings, let your senses come to the front of your mind as they do,

or as your attention is drawn.

And we'll continue.

I'm going to get back on track with Together Runs at some point.

But I wanted to just let you know.

A few weeks ago, I shared that I was doing where my work was going, where I was

feeling about the year, and really just finding that role that felt so aligned with my heart and soul

and now we are a few weeks later and I'm doing that work exactly what I told you about

and in a way that feels right for me. And so I'm here in San Diego.

I've been here this week and I am working on getting this World Road Running Championships

to the most sustainable raves and place it can be to bring in you my friends my audience I still struggle with that word

and just bring you in because this is not only an elite race it's a people's race

whatever you want to call it a uh what's the other word they use for it people's race or or a mass race, yeah, I guess mass is kind of more the word,

where you can join me and you can join us and you can be here and run amongst the elites.

And I got to see the course yesterday and I ran part of it this morning.

It is beautiful.

And I'm really, really determined to make this the most sustainable race
