The day-to-day work life of a police officer can be widely varied.

For the most part, an officer can go through their day and things be very slow and routine.

A lot of downtime between calls and even while they're on calls, that could have a lot of paperwork involved.

Taking a report on a traffic collision, doing the same for someone who had their car or house

broken into, maybe looking for a missing person, pulling someone over and writing them a ticket

for speeding, or even something as mundane as writing out a ticket for speeding or even something as mundane
